- Individuals with existing experience in graphic design, layout, or web content management who want to apply these skills in an academic setting.
- Students looking for a low-hour, flexible part-time role that allows for independent project work alongside their studies.
What should you think carefully about?
- The role requires very good German language proficiency, which is essential for the communication and marketing tasks involved.

- Applicants must be able to work on-site at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum campus.
How could this fit your current goals and plans?
This role is an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience in institutional marketing and communications. It allows you to build a professional portfolio in graphic design, web management, and event support while working within a research-focused university environment. It is particularly well-suited for those looking to bridge the gap between their academic studies and professional communication roles.
Our take
This position is ideal for students who are organized, creative, and comfortable working in German. It is a great fit for those seeking a manageable, flexible part-time job that offers tangible experience in a professional university department. It is less suitable for those who cannot work on-site in Bochum or who do not possess the required German language skills.
