You may be a strong fit if…

  • Professionals with 10+ years of experience in resource mobilization, donor coordination, or development finance.
  • Candidates who have a demonstrated track record of supporting government ministries or public institutions in fragile or conflict-affected contexts.
  • Individuals with an advanced degree in economics, public policy, or international development and fluency in both Arabic and English.

What should you think carefully about?

  • This is an on-site consultancy role in Ramallah, requiring familiarity with the Palestinian social protection landscape.
  • The consultant must be capable of conducting complex donor mapping and financing landscape analyses independently.
  • Applicants should verify the specific contract duration and benefits, as these are consultancy-based terms.

How could this fit your current goals and plans?

This consultancy is an excellent opportunity for a senior development finance expert to make a tangible impact on sustainable social protection financing. It is ideal for someone looking to apply their fundraising expertise to a high-stakes environment and build a portfolio of work that demonstrates leadership in donor coordination and policy strategy.

Our take

This role is highly suitable for senior consultants with extensive experience in resource mobilization and a deep understanding of the Palestinian context. Those without significant experience in development finance or donor relations may find this role less suitable.
