About the opportunity
The Information Technology Services Department (ITS) of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) requires a Salesforce Developer consultant to manage its corporate IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, Agentforce IT Service. The consultant will work autonomously to configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and AI-enabled Agentforce features. This delivery-focused role involves managing task backlogs, ensuring platform security, performing integrations, and providing production support. The consultant will collaborate with various ITS units and departments to translate business needs into technical solutions while adhering to PAHO’s security and data protection standards. This is an independent contractor position, not an employment relationship.

Who can apply?
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, enterprise integrations, and highly customized environments
