  • Current UNDP, UNCDF, or UNV personnel (Tier 1 or 2) looking to transition into a specialized volunteer recruitment role

How could this fit your current goals and plans?

This role is an excellent opportunity for existing UN personnel to deepen their expertise in volunteer management and talent acquisition within a global service center. It provides a platform to refine skills in recruitment compliance, digital HR systems, and stakeholder management, which are highly transferable within the UN system and international development sectors.

Our take

Current UNDP/UNCDF/UNV staff in Colombia who meet the Tier 1 or 2 criteria and possess the required trilingual proficiency should apply. The role is not suitable for external candidates or those outside the specified internal tiers.
