This role is critical for positioning the college for full accreditation by the Council on Higher Education and ensuring compliance with the Lesotho Qualifications Framework. The consultancy is expected to last 35 days.

Our Take on This Opportunity

You may be a strong fit if…

  • Candidates with direct experience in the Lesotho higher education sector, particularly with the Council on Higher Education (CHE) and the Lesotho Qualifications Framework (LQF)
  • Professionals with a strong background in institutional policy development and curriculum design within technical or vocational education settings

What should you think carefully about?

  • The role is a short-term consultancy of 35 days, which may not be suitable for those seeking long-term employment

  • The requirement for proficiency in both English and Sesotho is mandatory and must be supported by official documentation

How could this fit your current goals and plans?

This consultancy is an excellent opportunity for an experienced education policy expert to make a tangible, high-impact contribution to national agricultural education infrastructure. It is ideal for someone looking to apply their expertise in quality assurance and curriculum development to a specific, time-bound institutional transformation project.

Our take

This position is highly suitable for experienced higher education specialists currently based in Lesotho who are looking for a focused, high-impact consultancy. It is less suitable for those without the required local work authorization or those seeking long-term, permanent staff roles.
