About the opportunity
The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) is supporting the Lesotho Agricultural College (LAC), under the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Nutrition (MAFSN), to implement the project “Transforming Lesotho Agricultural College into a Centre of Excellence for Skills on Education, Innovation, Extension and Agribusiness Development” (TCP/LES/4101/C1). To address institutional gaps and position the College for full accreditation, FAO wishes to engage a national consultant to guide and facilitate a participatory, evidence-based process resulting in a comprehensive, actionable, and measurable five-year Strategic Plan (2026–2031). The specialist will review institutional documents, conduct PESTLE and SWOT analyses, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and deliver a finalized strategic plan and implementation framework.
