About the opportunity
The ICT Analyst will support the end-to-end implementation of digital solutions under the UNDP-led EU-funded project supporting anti-corruption and organized crime prevention in the Republic of Moldova. The Analyst translates institutional needs into technical specifications, supports vendor procurement, oversees implementation, and acts as a technical focal point between UNDP, the National Anti-Corruption Centre, and other stakeholders.

Who can apply?
- Advanced university degree (Master's Degree or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybernetics, IT Management or related fields with at least 2 years of progressive working experience, OR a first-level university degree (Bachelor's Degree) with at least 4 years of qualifying experience.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting the implementation, enhancement, or management of information systems, digital platforms, or other ICT solutions.
- Fluency in English and Romanian is required.
