You may be a strong fit if…
- Ideal for graduates with a strong analytical background who enjoy translating data into commercial strategies
- Excellent for individuals seeking a fast-paced, international career path with a major global brand
- Suits those who demonstrate high resilience and the ability to influence stakeholders in complex environments
What should you think carefully about?
- Requires a three-year commitment with mandatory international relocation, which may not suit everyone's personal circumstances
- The selection process is intensive, involving multiple assessment stages and an in-person center in a short timeframe
- Limited to very early-career professionals with no more than one year of post-graduation experience
How could this fit your current goals and plans?
This program is a high-impact entry point for graduates aiming for leadership in international business or export management. It provides a rare combination of local foundational training and guaranteed international exposure, making it a strong choice for those looking to build a global professional network early on. The structured transition into a management role offers a clear career trajectory that bypasses many entry-level hurdles.
Our take
This is a premier opportunity for ambitious South African graduates in commerce or finance who are ready to work globally. It is less suitable for those seeking a stable, single-location role or those who have already gained significant professional experience.
