About the opportunity
The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is seeking a Finance Associate for its Afghanistan Country Office (AFCO) to support the Verification of Claims and Expenditures Project (VCEP). This project, approved by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), aims to verify outstanding claims from contractors, consultants, and suppliers for works and services completed in Afghanistan prior to August 15, 2021. The Finance Associate will provide essential accounting, budget administration, cash management, and financial reporting support to ensure efficient and compliant financial operations adhering to UNOPS financial rules and regulations.
Salary and benefits
- Salary/remuneration as per LICA 6 contract level.
