About the opportunity
The Shared Services Centre (SSC) at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) recommends and administers process management and procedures, manages quality assurance activities associated with transactional processes, and drives customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Located in Bangkok, Thailand, the Client Support Analyst will provide cross-functional client support and systems user support in administrative processing across hire-to-retirement, invoice-to-pay, and procedural guidance areas. The position reports to a Client Support Associate under the direct supervision of a Client Support Officer.
