  • Strong background in event planning, logistics, protocol, and administrative coordination within public sector or institutional settings.
  • Comfortable working in a remote arrangement while maintaining flexibility for occasional domestic travel within Brazil.
  • Possesses either a university degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or a secondary education certificate with 7+ years of experience.
  • Fluent in Portuguese with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

What should you think carefully about?

  • The contract is offered for a fixed duration of 6 months.
  • Applicants must reside in Brazil and be legally eligible to work under national contractor terms.
  • Occasional domestic travel is required for on-site event management, which requires schedule flexibility.

How could this fit your current goals and plans?

This 6-month home-based contract offers an excellent opportunity for seasoned event professionals to contribute to high-profile digital transformation and cybersecurity initiatives within the Brazilian judicial system through the United Nations. It provides valuable international organization experience and broad stakeholder networking without requiring permanent relocation from Brazil.

Our take

Experienced event and protocol specialists residing in Brazil with a strong background in stakeholder coordination and logistics should seriously consider applying before the October 2026 deadline. Those lacking the required years of professional experience or without fluency in Portuguese will find this role unsuitable.
