It offers the chance to apply evidence-based research to real-world readiness, manage a diverse team, and gain significant international experience in a specialized federal role.

Our take

This role is ideal for experienced health science professionals looking for a long-term, high-responsibility position within the U.S. federal system abroad. It is less suitable for those who require immediate access to comprehensive, non-reimbursable medical facilities or those who are not prepared for the specific documentation and assessment requirements of the federal hiring process.
