About the opportunity
Sasol provides various programmes to support the development of scholars and graduates in South Africa, addressing the scarcity of talent in STEM fields. The Sasol Foundation Bursary supports full-time undergraduate studies in STEM and, for specific communities, non-STEM disciplines. The Sasol Mainstream Bursary is a performance-based programme with a work-back or pay-back obligation, covering engineering and science degrees. Additionally, Sasol offers a Technician Development Programme (TDP) for robust technical training and a Graduate Development Programme for intensive 36-month development for engineering and science graduates. These initiatives aim to align skills with industry standards and Sasol’s operational requirements, fostering professional growth and workplace readiness.
