Our Take on This Opportunity
This section reflects Open Opportunities’ own analysis of the opportunity from an applicant’s perspective.
You may be a strong fit if…
- Experienced laboratory technicians comfortable in a hands-on research environment
- Individuals with specific technical proficiency in radiochemical analysis and mass spectrometry
- Candidates who communicate effectively in English and are either fluent in a Scandinavian language or committed to learning one
What should you think carefully about?
- The role is strictly on-site in Roskilde, requiring physical presence for laboratory work
- Applicants should verify if they meet the criteria for potential security and export control background checks
- One position is permanent while the other is a fixed-term maternity cover, which may impact long-term planning
How could this fit your current goals and plans?
This role is ideal for a technician looking to anchor their career within a national competence center. It offers the chance to engage in both routine monitoring and R&D activities, providing a stable environment for those seeking professional development and a healthy work-life balance at a leading technical university.
Our take
This is a strong opportunity for skilled technicians with a background in radiochemistry who value a collaborative, international research setting; those unable to work on-site or unwilling to learn a Scandinavian language may find it less suitable.
