You may be a strong fit if…
- You have extensive experience in teacher professional development policy and multi-stakeholder coordination within Latin America.
- You possess a strong background in integrating educational technologies, particularly AI, into teacher training programs.
- You are comfortable working in a remote, international environment and can effectively coordinate between regional offices and global secretariats.
What should you think carefully about?
- This is a short-term, 3-month consultancy, which may not be suitable if you are seeking long-term employment.
- The role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to produce high-quality reports and work plans under tight deadlines.
- You must be prepared to submit a detailed technical and financial proposal as part of your application.
How could this fit your current goals and plans?
This consultancy is an excellent opportunity for an experienced education professional to contribute to high-level policy work and global educational initiatives. It is well-suited for those looking to leverage their expertise in teacher training and technology to influence regional policy, or for those seeking to build their profile within the United Nations system.
Our take
Experienced education consultants with a strong background in teacher policy and technology in Latin America should seriously consider this role. It is less suitable for those without significant prior experience in policy research or multi-stakeholder project management.
