CLUB OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

About the opportunity

This position is assigned to the Soundside Club at Hurlburt Field, Florida, and is a regular part-time role with guaranteed hours. The primary purpose of the role is to assist the Club Manager in the economic and efficient operation of the club. Responsibilities include monitoring operations, particularly during the absence of management, handling cash boxes, preparing reports on significant occurrences, ensuring facility security, and enforcing club rules and regulations. The assistant also provides instruction to staff, resolves customer complaints, and ensures patron satisfaction. Candidates must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Who can apply?

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Non-U.S. National who has resided in the U.S. Territory for three or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation

• Must possess experience providing knowledge of club, restaurant, and retail operations
• Must possess experience in cash handling procedures and sales operations
• Must demonstrate the ability to provide work direction to other employees
• Must possess knowledge of fire, safety, and health regulations
• Must be able to communicate with customers and deal with the public
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must successfully complete a Tier 1 background investigation
