Our Take on This Opportunity

This section reflects Open Opportunities’ own analysis of the opportunity from an applicant’s perspective.

You may be a strong fit if…

  • High-achieving candidates who have already secured an offer of admission to the Harvard Business School MBA program.
  • Individuals with an excellent academic background and strong GMAT scores who demonstrate significant leadership potential.
  • Candidates of Lebanese descent, as priority is given to them, though the scholarship is open to all nationalities.

What should you think carefully about?

  • The scholarship covers 75% of tuition, meaning the recipient must be prepared to fund the remaining 25% and other costs.
  • Recipients are required to complete a two-month unpaid internship at the Boustany Foundation in Monaco over the summer.
  • The scholarship is awarded only once every two years, making it a highly selective and infrequent opportunity.

How could this fit your current goals and plans?

This scholarship is a strategic fit for a high-potential business student looking to offset the significant costs of a Harvard MBA while gaining unique international experience. The mandatory internship in Monaco offers a rare opportunity to work on foundation initiatives, which can be a valuable addition to a post-MBA resume.

Our take

Candidates who have already been accepted to Harvard Business School and are looking for substantial tuition support should apply. Those unable to commit to the unpaid summer internship in Monaco should consider other funding options.
