Fellows launch their careers in full-time, salaried positions across more than 30 industries at vetted partner companies in Indiana chapter cities such as Indianapolis and Evansville. In addition to their primary professional roles, fellows engage in a customized leadership development curriculum, build enduring networks with peers and alumni, and participate in civic and fellowship traditions.
